The recent renovations are spectacular! The atmosphere is calm and luxurious, the staff are charming and welcoming. The food prepared by the chefs is something fit for a king! I started with a perfectly mixed New-York sour cocktail, then the waitress helped me pair a fine wine for my order, for the entree was the delicious bison tartar with crostini and the ”plateau du terroir“ packed with local meats and cheese, I finished with the savoury salmon on orzo bed. Everything was up to my standards as I had heard it was one of the best restaurants in the Gatineau/Hull area. It is to die for.

The service was great, and the breakfast was also good. You can also dine outside during the summer, and the view is really nice. There’s also free parking ;)

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast! The coffee is excellent, and I tried the omelette, salmon bagel, and eggs—everything was delicious. The atmosphere is elegant, and the view is stunning, with Lac Leamy just steps away, perfect for a relaxing walk afterward. Overall, great food, a beautiful setting, and a classy vibe make this place a must-visit. It usually opens till 2pm and then from 4 till 8

Wonderful place to enjoy breakfast with sunrise & river view. After breakfast, we grabbed our coffee and went for a walk in trail behind restaurant. Food is good and not that expensive.

We went for dinner. The place is nice and has a nice patio too with a view. Their menu for dinner is just a few things plus the kids menu. To our surprise the food was delicious!!! We loved it and our kids too !!! The sangria Rouge was awesome too. The only thing I wish they also had for dinner was a salad !!! Yes a salad please !! Definitely worth it. Bit pricey but worth it !!! Our waiter was nice and honest. Try their food, their chef is amazing !!!

I was here for a work luncheon, so we were a party of around 40 people split into two tables. I was impressed at fast fast they were able to serve everyone's orders. The staff was friendly and filled our waters before they ever got empty. One negative, though, was that they only provided one ketchup and one mustard bottle per table, so it took a while before they went from one end of the table to the other. Overall, I really liked the burger I had, especially since it came with two slices of perfectly cooked bacon. The side salad was fresh and tasted fine, but I wish it came with a little more dressing. I have been here before, and I don't normally like their thinly sliced chips, so I asked if I could substitute them for fries, but to my surprise they don't even serve fries, period. In the end, my meal cost 30 (tax and tip included), so yeah, quite pricey for a burger, no drink, and chips that I didn't like. But the atmosphere was very nice, so I guess that makes up for it. I had a good time meeting new colleagues and also getting to see old colleagues ever since the pandemic ended.
